Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship within New Zealand only.

• Auckland — Standard shipping 2–3 business days
• North Island (outside Auckland) — Standard shipping 3–4 business days
• South Island — Standard shipping 6–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available from our Silverdale, Auckland location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control. During peak periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Age Verification As required by New Zealand law, all alcohol orders require age verification upon delivery. The recipient must be 18 years or older and provide valid photo ID.
